A room for two
Create a room, copy the invite link and send it to your friend. The first invited player to join takes the second seat. There is no public matchmaking or chat.
It is free backgammon online with friends: a live 2 player game where every roll and move is confirmed on the server and shown to both players. Prefer one screen? Play two-player backgammon on the same device.
Reconnect to your match
Keep the room link and use the same browser to return to your seat. A disconnected game pauses for two minutes before the remaining player can end it without a score.
Your room stays private
Room links are unlisted. Anyone with a valid invite can join the open seat, so share it only with the person you want to play. Unfinished rooms expire after 24 hours of inactivity. New to the game? Read how to play backgammon first, or warm up with free backgammon against the computer.
