Send an enquiry

Your name, email and message are used to handle your enquiry. Do not include passwords or private room invites. Read the privacy policy.

What you can contact us about

  • Rules questions about anything in the guide or on the printable sheet.
  • Bugs and game problems, such as a move that should have been allowed, a room that would not load or a replay that looks wrong.
  • Corrections to a page that is inaccurate or unclear.
  • Accessibility problems with the board, keyboard controls or screen reader output.
  • Privacy requests about data described in the privacy policy.

What to include

A few details help us reproduce a problem quickly:

  • The address of the page, and whether you were playing the computer, a friend or two players on one device.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead. The dice and the move, if you remember them, are especially useful.
  • Your browser and device, for example “Safari on iPhone” or “Chrome on Windows”.
  • A screenshot, if you have one.

Please do not send an invite link to a room that still has an empty seat: anyone with that link can take the seat. Never send passwords or payment details; the site never asks for them.

Things we cannot do

  • Restore a game history. History is stored only in your browser, so it never reaches our server.
  • Recover an account or password. The site has no accounts.
  • Reopen an expired room. Rooms are deleted after 24 hours without game activity; create a new room instead.
  • Change the result of a finished game.

Replies

A reply or a fixed response time cannot be guaranteed. A form confirmation means the mail server accepted the enquiry for delivery, not that it has reached an inbox or been read. Emails are handled as described in the privacy policy and are not used for marketing.
